A FIFA divulgou este sábado o calendário do Mundial de Clubes de 2025 que vai contar com Benfica e FC Porto. A prova realiza-se entre 14 de junho e 13 de julho, nos Estados Unidos.
O FC Porto, do Grupo A, é a primeira equipa portuguesa a entrar em campo, frente ao Palmeiras, de Abel Ferreira, logo no segundo dia de competição, 15, um jogo que será disputado em Nova Iorque às 23 horas de Portugal Continental. O Benfica sobe ao relvado no dia seguinte, em Miami, para defrontar os argentinos do Boca Juniors, também às 23H.
O emparelhamento nos oitavos de final levará as equipas portuguesas a mais viagens. O grupo A, onde está o FC Porto, cruzará com o B, onde estão PSG, Atlético Madrid e Botafogo, por exemplo; já o grupo C, do Benfica, cruzará com o D, onde estão Chelsea e Flamengo (ver imagem abaixo de todas as localizações).
